Kalavasuço With Minced Meat



 






* 4 zucchini
* 500-750 gr minced meat
* 2 carrots (optional)
* 1-2 tablespoons of ricotta
* 1 tablespoon oatbran
* 1 egg
* shreded cheese (parmesan or gruyere)
* Salt & Pepper to taste


Saute the minced meat, in the meantime shred the zucchinis and the carrots.
Add the egg , oatbran and ricotta cheese. Mix well. Mix in the baked meat. Put the mixture in a pan and pour the cheese on top of it. You can also put it in the oven and bake until the cheese is golden brown.
